Renata studied Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts in Lake Tahoe, CA. She went on to be the head chef for an award winning vegan & gluten free restaurant in her home town of Chicago, IL. After years of planning she moved to St. Petersburg, FL to open Rumbles Bakery- a concept of being a wholesale bakery unique with its custom infusions of high quality herbs for both pleasure and health!
